Overview
In times of overwhelming technological advancement and, the culture of excesses dominating the cultural dissemination of the 21st century, debate and reflection on simplicity it’s very important.
Written in 2006, the book “The Laws of Simplicity” by designer and author John Maeda remains deeply relevant, as it was written today. Choosing the book as my project proposal, bringing graphic design as a tool for disseminating its content and also the thematic approach itself , to provoke reflection about simplicity and perhaps learn and see another point of view.
The project approaches the theme of simplicity presenting a relation between concept and message of the ten laws of the book, represented in typographic posters.
